India’s BANGALORE An official blog post states that Google has begun distributing the most recent version of Android, 5.0 (Lollipop).
The updated Android OS will be available for Google’s Nexus 5 as of right now. Which models and areas will get the newest Android OS initially are still unknown.
The timeline for Android 5.0 is as follows:

When the Nexus 6 is released in November, Android Lollipop will be included.

Android Lollipop will be available on the Nexus 9 when it launches in November.
